Cheerleading is My Sport

I think cheerleading is a sport because it is a combination of alot of sports. You have to focus on your top, what your other base is doing (or both), you have to make sure you're able to correct anything that might go wrong at any moment. A cheerleader also has to count in her headwhile keeping track of everything going on. She also has to remember the places, and count to the music. Cheerleading is a sport because you have to fight for everything and take what you get! A team prepares months and months to put everything on the line for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. That is what I consider a sport! Working hard and doing what you love, and a cheerleader always goes off the mat with a smile on thier face no matter what happened in that short amount of time! You always show spirit no matter how gross or terrible you feel. I think cheerleading is a sport for those reasons!
