Over the weekend, world famous Kiara Nowlin from California All stars was in town for a GK Elite photo shoot and requested to visit the Maryland Twisters gym. Kiara met some of our staff and athletes and got a sneak peek of some of some of our teams. When she walked through the door, our athletes knew who she was immediately and some were a little star 
struck! Nowlin took pictures with several of the teams, observed some practices, and got a sneak peek of both F5 and Reign. Kiara is a big Twisters fan and we appreciate her taking time of our her schedule to visit the gym. Good luck this season Kiara!
